History

Hidden Oaks Properties was formed in 1992, when Harold W. Noland purchased 12 acres on Seabrook Island's famed Crooked Oaks Golf Course. Known as the Homes of Hidden Oaks, the popular development of 30 single-family homes quickly sparked Harold's love of building, and Hidden Oaks Properties was born. Over the past decade, clients have repeatedly chosen our company as their first choice among builders, entrusting us with their investments and dreams. About Us

As an authentic custom builder, Hidden Oaks Properties specializes in custom building and offers no preset floor plans. Each individual project is created from scratch and constructed under contract for the customer. During every phase of building, a client's primary contact person is Harold Noland himself. Harold oversees each distinctive design, working closely with clients to advise as to features, specifications, pricing and contract documents. Always open to suggestions and feedback, he remains constantly available to the customer from a project's inception until the final punch-out is complete.
